Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Wapikon, a product managed by Kredmaxx Technologies Fze, we strive to provide the highest level of service and customer satisfaction. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully to understand the terms under which refunds and cancellations are handled.


1. General Policy

1.1 No Refunds: Wapikon offers digital services and solutions, which are non-revocable once delivered. Therefore, we do not offer refunds for any subscription or service purchased.

1.2 Adjustments: Customers are entitled to request corrections, adjustments, or design improvements within 14 days of delivery if the delivered service does not meet the agreed-upon terms.


2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Subscription Cancellations:

  • Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time. Cancellation will prevent future recurring charges but will not result in a refund for the current subscription period.
  • Services will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

2.2 Service Cancellations:

  • For one-time services, cancellations are not permitted once the service has been initiated or delivered.

3. Exceptions

3.1 Refunds may be granted under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment: If a customer has been charged more than once for the same service, the additional charge will be refunded upon verification.
  • Service not initiated: For pre-paid services that have not yet been initiated, customers may request a cancellation and refund within 48 hours of purchase.
