Wapikon is a WhatsApp Business CRM tool provided by Kredmaxx Technologies. Our platform offers a "Conversation Cloud Platform" integrated with WhatsApp Business, allowing our Customers to store, manipulate, analyze, and transfer messages between their business systems and their customers on various Wapikon-provided and third-party messaging channels.

Wapikon is committed to protecting Personal Data, including data that we use for our own purposes and data maintained on behalf of our Clients.

3. Collection and Use of Personal Data

Wapikon collects information, including Personal Data, for the following purposes:

4. Login with Facebook and Embedded Signup for WABA

We utilize Facebook Login to authenticate users and facilitate the creation of a WhatsApp Business Account (WABA). During this process, we request the following Facebook OAuth scopes:

  • public_profile: Access to the user's basic profile information.
  • email: Access to the user's primary email address.
  • business_management: Allows management of business assets.
  • whatsapp_business_management: Required for creating and managing WABA accounts.
  • whatsapp_business_messaging: Enables sending and managing WhatsApp messages.

These permissions are used solely for authentication, account creation, and management within the Wapikon platform. Data accessed via these permissions is not shared outside the scope of our Service.

5. Login with Google for Google Sheets Access

Our application, Wapikon, requires the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets scope to enable users to manage their Google Sheets directly through our platform. This scope allows the app to:

  • View spreadsheets: Users can access and select their existing Google Sheets to view and work with them within the application.
  • Edit spreadsheets: Users can modify the content of their sheets (e.g., updating data) directly through the platform.
  • Create new sheets: Users can generate new Google Sheets as needed within our application.
  • Delete sheets: Users can remove old or unnecessary spreadsheets to manage their data efficiently.

This scope is essential for providing seamless spreadsheet management. All actions are initiated by the user with full transparency. We do not store user data, and all interactions occur in real time. Users are fully informed about the requested permissions during authentication and retain complete control over their files.

Our application use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Retention and Deletion of Data

We retain Personal Data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law:

  • Account Information: Retained for the duration of the account's activity.
  • Service Data: Retained up to 90 days post-contract termination.
  • Other Data: Deleted within 30 days post-purpose fulfillment.

Users may request deletion or deactivation of their Personally Identifiable Information by contacting support. Due to backups and records, residual information may persist but will not be used.
