WhatsApp for Real Estate Teams — Listings, Viewings and Follow-up

Portal and ad enquiries already arrive on WhatsApp. Wapikon puts that thread on official Cloud API so listing cards, qualification questions, and viewing reminders are not trapped on one agent’s phone.

The industry problem

Buyers message the number on the listing. If that number is a personal phone, the lead dies when the agent is in a viewing, on leave, or simply slow. Spreadsheets and forwarded screenshots are not a pipeline.

Wapikon does not replace your MLS or portal. It is the conversation layer after someone already chose WhatsApp.

How WhatsApp is used

Prospects ask for photos, price, and a slot. Utility templates can remind them of a viewing. Marketing templates (opted-in) can announce a new drop. Agents still close in person.

How Wapikon solves it

Connect Cloud API, drop the chat into a shared inbox, run a Flow Builder path for area and budget, then assign. Optional Dubizzle lead ingest and HubSpot or Zoho sync keep WhatsApp next to the CRM you already use.

Lead capture

Click-to-WhatsApp ads, website buttons, and Meta Lead Ads can open or create a contact in the workspace. Dubizzle Push API is a live connector for listing enquiries when you enable it. There is no invented Property Finder connector on this page.

Lead qualification

A Flow Builder menu can ask emirate or city, budget, beds, and buy vs rent, then tag the contact. Agents see the answers in the thread. Do not let a bot invent availability or legal advice.

Automated follow-up

Time-based reminder paths (for example the day before a viewing) use approved templates where Meta requires them. If the buyer replies, the conversation returns to the inbox.

Customer support

After a viewing or a tenancy question, the same number can take “where is the contract?” without starting a new personal chat. Assign to the coordinator who owns that file.

Broadcasts and campaigns

Opted-in lists can receive marketing templates for a new project. Utility templates fit appointment reminders. Do not upload scraped portal numbers.

CRM and team inbox

Several brokers work one official number with assignments and internal notes. HubSpot and Zoho remain the pipeline CRM when connected; Wapikon is the messaging CRM for the chat itself.

AI chatbot use cases

The AI support agent can answer brochure-level FAQs from knowledge you provide (community facts, process steps). Viewing negotiation and legal questions should force a human takeover.

Relevant integrations

Dubizzle leads

Live connector: listing enquiries into contacts and WhatsApp follow-up when configured.

Meta Lead Ads & Google Ads leads

Paid enquiries can land in the same workspace as the inbox.

HubSpot or Zoho

Keep a broader pipeline; WhatsApp history stays in Wapikon.

Google Sheets & Pabbly

Spreadsheet or no-code bridges when you already operate that way.

Example workflow

1

Enquiry arrives

Ad, listing, Dubizzle, or a click-to-chat button creates or opens a WhatsApp thread.

2

Qualify

Flow Builder collects area, budget, and intent, then assigns a broker.

3

Book and remind

Human confirms the slot; a template reminder fires before the viewing.

4

Handoff

Notes stay on the contact so the next shift is not starting from zero.

Industry

FAQs

It is a WhatsApp messaging CRM with optional HubSpot, Zoho, and Dubizzle connections. It is not a listing management system.

Only people who opted in or started a WhatsApp conversation. Rented lists are against Meta policy and are not supported as a use case.

It is not listed as a live Wapikon connector. Leads can still be followed up if they reach WhatsApp, Lead Ads, sheets, or a webhook you control.
